We worked with our customers to study and understand how much value installing Time Off Tracker would create for them. Comparing a paper based system to our system reveals a huge savings for our customers.

USING A PAPER SYSTEM*

10 MINUTES

• Using a paper time off tracking system, the average user spends about 10 minutes arranging to take a day off. This assumes that they take the time to find the paper form, fill it out correctly and submit it.

15 MINUTES

• The manager processing the form takes between 10 and 15 minutes addressing the request. This time is spent ensuring staff coverage, confirming vacation allotment and deciding how to respond.
